Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of the supply chain finance business and stay abreast of market trends and developments.
  • Lead the supply chain finance product line, establish revenue streams, and define operational metrics and product development standards.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify e-Commerce opportunities and drive cross-border e-Commerce solutions, collaborating with internal teams to bring these projects to life.
  • Develop industry-specific, scenario-based, and data-driven supply chain finance solutions, working closely with relevant departments to drive business innovation and optimization.
  • Cultivate and enhance the capabilities of the internal team, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions and products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Requirements



  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in supply chain finance projects and successful product development from scratch.
  • Familiarity with the operations of internet finance and cross-border e-Commerce, with the ability to design solutions and communicate effectively.
  • Strong data analysis, evaluation, and project management skills, with excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Excellent product planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage financial products from conception to delivery.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill key business rules from vast amounts of external data and provide effective solutions.
  • A passion for financial products, with strong analytical and innovative skills, a keen sense of market trends, and the ability to drive business growth through innovation and effective decision-making.
