About the Department

At Novo Nordisk, our Market Access and Public Affairs Department plays a vital role in driving the company's growth and success. We are committed to leading excellent market access and advocating for public policies and sustainable development. Our team focuses on various aspects, including pipeline product access strategies, patient accessibility, and affordability of listed products. We also ensure effective product lifecycle price management, engage in public affairs, and work towards promoting the corporate public image, sustainable development, and lobbying for policies related to healthcare and diseases.

About the Position

  • Develop and implement organizational PA and Sustainability strategy, policy communication, and related associations engagement plan, sustainability plan in Region China.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive external affairs agendas and enhance relationships with related authorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including NNRCC, STJ, HK, and TW PA teams, to drive business environment communication and policy communication.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talents to build a best-in-industry team and lead flagship partnership projects to enhance NNRC impact.
  • Support company-level risk identification, mitigation, and crisis response management.
  • Drive sustainable development through EMP, CSR, and Take Actions initiatives.

The Requirements

  • At least 10 years of working experience in government affairs, public affairs, market access, or public sectors; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, drug market access policy, and government practices.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
  • Business acumen and market understanding.
  • Project management skills.
  • Established government relationships.
