  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to support market access and government affairs efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions and strategies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as public policy, international relations, or business.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with government stakeholders and developing effective market access strategies.
  • Strong policy analysis and advice skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
