Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Centralized Monitoring Assistant to join our team at IQVIA. In this role, you will provide critical support to our clinical study management team, ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials.



Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of study data, including tracking and follow-up on outstanding issues.


• Assist in the preparation of status reports and study trackers to ensure timely and compliant data collection.


• Provide administrative support to the clinical study management team, including processing access requests and managing project timelines.


• Collaborate with Centralized Monitors and Sr. Centralized Monitors to ensure effective site communication and compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Assist in the review and evaluation of clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.


• Perform assigned access management related administrative tasks to support team members with project execution.


• Act as a backup for Centralized Monitors and Sr. Centralized Monitors as needed.


• Develop and maintain effective project/site communication to ensure timely and compliant data collection.



Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.


• Minimum 2-5 years of work experience with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience.


• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.


• Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP and relevant local laws and regulations.


• Proficient in clinical systems, including electronic data capture (EDC), interactive web response system (IWRS), and clinical trial management system (CTMS).


• Experience managing global phase trials and clinical trial systems, or reviewing clinical trial data.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of the English language.


• Results-oriented approach to work delivery and output.


• Good problem-solving skills, planning, time management, and prioritization skills.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.


• Good software and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.


• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.


• Strong telecommunication skills.


• Good data entry skills.
