Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing market access and tendering strategies, supporting and driving CSO teams in negotiation and implementation of secondary negotiations prices
  • Working with CSO partners to complete local PRDL, bidding projects, ensuring key brands are listed in PRDL and winning tenders, and collaborating with the commercial and hospital teams
  • Managing invoice distribution and assisting with city/group hospitals' secondary price negotiations
  • Assisting with local qualified wholesalers identification, supporting hospital business under the two-invoice policy, and collaborating with the commercial and hospital teams
  • Communicating with government bidding departments to ensure company's successful recognition
  • Bidding, calculation, and regulation
  • Working with CSO partners to collect and analyze local medical policies and their impact on local business
  • Collaborating with CSO partners to resolve government emergencies and calculate compensation for bidding
  • Leading and driving regular project execution for company hospitals, such as pre-launch preparations

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 3 years of experience in MA or tendering related work for multinational healthcare companies
  • At least 3 years of management experience
  • Strong policy analysis, execution, and influence capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle complex problems
  • Ability to learn quickly, be results-driven, and have a customer-centric mindset
