Product Manager


Key Responsibilities



  • Support the development of marketing strategies by collecting and analyzing market intelligence data, identifying customer needs, and translating them into actionable proposals.
  • Drive the implementation of annual marketing plans, ensuring timely and optimal execution in accordance with agreed milestones and objectives.
  • Manage and control approved budgets, product strategies, and marketing plans in specific markets.
  • Design and implement product plans through cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, regulatory, and manufacturing, to coordinate actions and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing Managers and brand teams to ensure alignment with national marketing brand plans and regional needs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including advocates, opinion leaders, media, and professionals, to influence favorable opinions and gather feedback on marketing program effectiveness.
  • Ensure individual actions align with Bayer's LIFE values, compliance guidelines, and company regulations.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree or above in a medical-related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in sales and marketing management in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • International working experience and network is a plus.
  • Medical and pharmaceutical knowledge of relevant market segments.
  • Strong strategic initiatives, leadership, and influence power.
  • Marketing-related competencies.
