Job Title: Sr. HR Manager

We're seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team at Lilly.

Key Responsibilities:

Government and Policy

  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to maintain knowledge of employee relations.

Employee Relations Programs Development and Implementation

  • Design and implement employee communication programs to address concerns and changes.
  • Develop and implement the Employee Ambassador Program to foster a culture of open communication.

Grievance Management

  • Track and manage employee complaints.
  • Facilitate resolution of employee inquiries and concerns.

Performance Management - PIP

  • Develop and update PIP protocol and maintain consistency across the organization.
  • Work with managers to detect potential PIPs and provide timely consultation.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on PIP process.
  • Monitor PIP progress and manage exit processes as needed.

Partnership in BP Process/Org Restructure

  • Collaborate with managers and BP teams to communicate redundancy to employees.
  • Partner with managers and BP teams in meeting with employees during notification processes.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6-8 years of experience.
  • Preferred experience in ER or related areas; experience in BP or leadership coaching is a plus.
