Key Responsibilities:

Internal Duties:

  • Purchase Order verification for the Customer Service team
  • Maintenance of customer master data and product codes within the system
  • Management of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and credit processes
  • Reconciliation of domestic sales invoices and follow-up on VAT invoices
  • Assistance with various consolidated tasks or reports

External Duties:

  • Accounts Receivable delivery to clients

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales-related roles
  • A college degree is preferred

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office and ERP systems
  • Basic understanding of international trade or sales terms and conditions
  • Functional English language skills
  • Attention to detail, patience, a stable demeanor, and a strong sense of responsibility

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of customer service and supply chain processes is advantageous
  • Experience working in an international company is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and execute tasks effectively
  • Open-minded and eager to learn
