Key Account Specialist Hardline

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist Hardline to join our team at QIMA. As a Key Account Specialist Hardline, you will be responsible for assisting our team of Key Accounts Leaders in their daily operations and project-based missions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update documents on operation processes as well as training materials for key clients.
- Communicate efficiently with frontline inspectors and oversee inspection report content.
- Manage specific activities to drive key clients KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Issue dedicated inspectors to each key account.
- Liaise with the coordination team to train new resources (dedicated inspectors) in essential areas.
- Support key client report validation.
- Organize periodic training on key client standards for both back-office teams and frontline inspectors.
- Other tasks arranged by the management team.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree (fresh graduates with a strong ambition to learn may also be considered).
- Familiarity with the quality control field (work experience is welcome, but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- The ability to work well under pressure while remaining detail-oriented.
- A working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
