Job Title: Key Account Specialist Hardline

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist Hardline to join our team at QIMA. As a Key Account Specialist Hardline, you will be responsible for assisting our team of Key Accounts Leaders in their daily operations and project-based missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update documents on operation processes as well as training materials for key clients.
  • Communicate efficiently with frontline inspectors and oversee inspection report content.
  • Manage specific activities to drive key clients KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Issue dedicated inspectors to each key account.
  • Liaise with the coordination team to train new resources (dedicated inspectors) in essential areas.
  • Support key client report validation.
  • Organize periodic training on key client standards for both back-office teams and frontline inspectors.
  • Other tasks arranged by the management team.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree (fresh graduates with a strong ambition to learn may also be considered).
  • Familiarity with the quality control field (work experience is welcome, but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • The ability to work well under pressure while remaining detail-oriented.
  • A working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
