Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Senior Principal Account Manager to cover local leading Automotive Accounts and strengthen partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, execute and optimize account strategy for sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, field application engineers, application engineers, and OEM Sales teams to achieve defined revenue goals.
  • Identify high-growth projects and acquire resources to maximize design wins.
  • Monitor and mitigate risk of order fulfillment.
  • Develop and expand influence to customer management level.

Requirements:

  • Location: Shenzhen & Huizhou.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in sales for Local/MNC Automotive Tier 1 or OEM.
  • Fluent written and oral English for business.
  • Self-motivation, result-oriented, and fast-moving.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for business propositions.
  • Ability to work under pressure from both internal and external parties.
  • Result-oriented and fast-moving.
