Senior Account Strategist for Key Automotive Partnerships

Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Senior Principal Account Manager to cover local leading Automotive Accounts and strengthen partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, execute and optimize account strategy for sustainable and profitable growth.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, field application engineers, application engineers, and OEM Sales teams to achieve defined revenue goals.
- Identify high-growth projects and acquire resources to maximize design wins.
- Monitor and mitigate risk of order fulfillment.
- Develop and expand influence to customer management level.
Requirements:
- Location: Shenzhen & Huizhou.
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of work experience in sales for Local/MNC Automotive Tier 1 or OEM.
- Fluent written and oral English for business.
- Self-motivation, result-oriented, and fast-moving.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for business propositions.
- Ability to work under pressure from both internal and external parties.
