Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager at TÜV Rheinland, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts. Your goal will be to develop and implement individual Key Account strategies, yearly action plans, and revenue targets in alignment with internal stakeholders in Sales and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement individual Key Account strategies, yearly action plans, and revenue targets in alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for TÜV Rheinland's services and products.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to TÜV Rheinland's product/service strategies.
- Initiate the development of new services/solutions for customer needs with TÜV Rheinland capabilities.
- Responsible for setting up and implementing customer-specific workflows, if required.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate), further language welcome but not required.
- User knowledge in MS Office.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Strong consultative/solution selling and negotiation skills.
- Visionary and strong communicator.
- Pronounced interpersonal skills.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Key Account Management or related area.
- Experience in working in/with intercultural teams welcome but not required.
