About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our Strategic Seller Recruitment team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch - K17. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and developing top brands and manufacturers for Amazon's North American, European, and Japanese markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit top brands and manufacturers for Amazon's NA/EU/JP markets, and support their growth on the platform.
  • Proactively identify potential business development opportunities for top brands and manufacturers, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Drill down into Guangdong industry clusters and recruit/develop manufacturers and key sellers for hardline products, such as furniture, smart home, and CE products.
  • Help sellers resolve issues and mitigate blockers for both launch and post-launch phases.
  • Explore category growth opportunities and become a category expert.
  • Own internal domain/project and drive success on a team and bigger scope.
About the Team

Our team, OB, is a Strategic Seller Recruitment team under NSR, focusing on recruiting top/emerging brands and high-quality manufacturers and helping them succeed on Amazon (NA/EU/JP).

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of sales or marketing work (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
  • Preferable to have key account management experience.
  • Good self-learning and interpersonal communication capability.
  • Good data analysis.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good at PPT (nice to have).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal communication capability.
  • Key Account Sales Experience.
  • Expertise on PPT, dashboard, and data analysis.
