Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program performance, including product regulatory and testing requirements in the EMEA market.
  • Monitor market product regulations and communicate relevant standards, requirements, and policies to the global team and customers.
  • Perform gap analyses between service requirements and standard offers provided for new clients.
  • Support proposal reviews, focusing on program administrative requirements and suggest best practices.
  • Translate client instructions or requirements into operational language using process engineering or design for manufacturability methodologies.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement through projects with operations, IT, and process teams.
  • Review program performance regularly with clients and key account managers.
  • Handle client complaints and facilitate resolutions in real-time.
  • Lead program change management using program design best practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in technical sciences for the EMEA market with hardline toy product category.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable product safety standards and norms, testing procedures for hardline & toy.
  • 5-8 years of work experience in product safety/conformity.
  • Strong background in product safety and consumer protection law.
  • Good understanding of product development and supply chain management processes.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
