Program Administration Manager

Job Summary

Summary:

The Program Administration Manager will be based in Baoan, Shenzhen, reporting to the Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing project, pricing, and program strategies to continue delivering value to the business and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets.
  • Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
  • Provide expertise with contract negotiations as required.
  • Oversee interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of product development timelines, delivery, quality, and business metrics.
  • Review program proposals or plans to resolve time frames, funding requirements, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, including control of different accounts of various complexities.
  • Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as an escalation point for customer issues.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
  • Monitor and track project and program deliverables.
  • Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in program administration/management or a related area.
  • Demonstrates advanced operations, technical, and people/process skills, as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries, or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
  • Accountability for the program's wellness.
