A Day in the Life

As a Technical Product Delivery Manager, you'll lead the delivery and adoption of our product interface in China. You'll manage onboarding, develop market-specific insights, and shape the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide partners and clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of cross-border e-commerce logistics in China.
  • Gather and analyze market-specific inputs to shape the product roadmap.
  • Establish and track key success metrics for the product in the region.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and sales teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area. Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
