We offer an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000 based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing leadership and support to assigned product lines, as well as supporting product extensions for new applications. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RF filters and related technologies, with a background in debugging and testing high-power, low-PIM products.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively interact with varying cultures and possess strong planning skills, with the ability to take care of and balance multiple and competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as technical product line owner and offer technical assistance and/or leadership to both internal and external customers as required.
  • Lead and/or manage projects using functional or multi-functional team members to improve performance, manufacturability, or cost.
  • Lead training and troubleshooting activities during NPI phase.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact between R&D and production sites for resolving product-related issues.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor of Telecommunication RF Engineering or related curriculum with 3-5 years of experience.
  2. Experienced with RF filters and related technologies, preferred background in debugging and testing high-power, low-PIM products, with knowledge of digital circuits.
  3. Ability to effectively interact with varying cultures.
  4. Self-starter that requires only general supervision, have strong planning skills, and can take care of and balance multiple and competing priorities.
