Job Summary:

As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, including managing guest check-ins, verifying identities and forms of payment, assigning rooms, and issuing keys. You will also be responsible for setting up accurate accounts for each guest, processing payments, and balancing the cash register.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying identities and forms of payment
  • Assign rooms and issue keys to guests
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements
  • Process payments and balance the cash register
  • Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and confidentiality agreements
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipating and addressing their service needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
