Senior Finance Associate

Job Summary:
The R2R Senior Finance Process Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily finance processes, including period-end closing, balance sheet account reconciliations, and report submissions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily finance operations, including general ledger maintenance and period-end closing.
- Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or BPO.
- Fluent in English or other foreign language.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA equivalent or working towards.
- Proficiency in SAP/E1 or other financial systems.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to work independently.
