Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate - Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, T&E, VMM and Payment runs within tight deadlines, providing required business unit reporting and other required information, tracking and reconciling daily/monthly AP balance, corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AP system, investigating into situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict, generating repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments, and handling non-routine issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, T&E, VMM and Payment runs within tight deadlines
- Provide required business unit reporting and other required information
- Track and reconcile daily/monthly AP balance
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AP system
- Investigate into situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict
- Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments
- Handle non-routine issues
Requirements
- Accounting, Finance or any Business related course
- 2-3 years' of work experience
- Good Understanding of MS Office
- Written and spoken ability to communicate in English
- Communication ability in Chinese is a plus
Working Conditions
- May require moderate to travel depending on project involvement
- Overtime and may be required
- Client holidays are observed instead of local holidays
