Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing inquiries from emails, incoming calls, and cases from Account Executives or employees within established turnaround times.
  • Providing necessary reporting and information for the business unit as required.
  • Engaging with vendors and responding to their inquiries.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data processing.
  • Effectively managing most non-routine issues and escalating unresolved matters to management promptly.
  • Operating with minimal supervision to oversee daily tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Performing all work in alignment with performance targets and service level agreements.
  • Maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and organization in daily responsibilities.
  • Demonstrating adaptability in learning new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge:

  • Background in insurance or a related business field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Additional Information

Working Conditions:
Moderate travel may be required based on project involvement. Overtime may be necessary, and client holidays are observed instead of local holidays.

Other Requirements:
Must be a collaborative team player with a detail-oriented and methodical approach. Reliability and a proactive mindset in task management are essential, with an emphasis on innovative thinking.

This position necessitates language proficiency, including English and either Japanese or Korean, with strong written and fluent oral communication skills.
