Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate - Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for activities assigned by the Collections Supervisor, including process A/R billings, adjustments, and write-offs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Office and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
Key Responsibilities
- Process A/R billings, adjustments, and write-offs
- Provide required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed
- Track and reconcile daily/monthly AR balance
- Periodical review of Customers account
- Working / Researching unallocated cash
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system
- Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments
- Provide regular status report to the client of all issues received, pending, and resolved issues
- Successfully handles most non-routine issues, escalates to management on a timely manner, issues that cannot be resolved
- Requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities and is able to meet published deadlines for activities
- Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets and adheres to SLA
- Accurate, efficient, and organized within daily responsibilities
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team
- Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
Requirements
- College degree or above, Accounting, Finance, or any Business related course is a plus
- 2-3 years' of work experience
- Good understanding of MS Office
- Written and spoken ability to communicate in English
- Communication ability in Chinese is a plus
