Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:
§ Deliver helpdesk support and resolve issues to ensure user satisfaction.
§ Assist users in completing outstanding tasks.
§ Provide necessary system training tailored to client requirements.
§ Log and monitor all application and incident requests in the appropriate system until resolution.
§ Conduct System User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide timely feedback to the development team while keeping Documentation Process Manuals (DPMs) updated.
§ Regularly report status updates to the team lead and clients regarding all received, pending, and resolved issues.
§ Effectively manage most functional issues and escalate incidents to the development team promptly.
§ Operate with minimal supervision to manage daily tasks and meet established deadlines.
§ Ensure all activities are performed in alignment with targets and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
§ Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and organization in daily responsibilities.
§ Exhibit adaptability to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
§ Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
§ Show quick learning capabilities and strong analytical skills.
§ Comply with all client policies, procedures, and any legal and regulatory obligations.
Working Conditions
Client holidays are observed instead of local holidays.
§ Must be a collaborative team player.
§ Exhibit responsibility and accuracy in task completion.
Knowledge Requirements:
§ Proficient oral and written communication skills in Japanese are essential.
§ Good written English skills are preferred.
