Job Description

Job Title: Associate - Service Implementations

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Business Operations (GBO) Service team in Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fund data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain fund data in our golden source system and other relevant systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of fund price information to internal and external recipients.
  • Liaise with global custodian banks and their sub-agents to obtain generic custodian data.
  • Assist in testing and implementation of projects impacting the department.
  • Meet daily internal and external deadlines, investigate and resolve queries from internal consumers and vendors.

  • Good analytical skills, with accuracy and numeracy.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Identify and resolve issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Energetic, with strong interpersonal skills and a keen desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • A self-starter with the ability to run solo projects effectively, but also to work as part of a strong team.
  • Ability to understand and follow processes, with the ability to improve these processes.
  • Experience of working in the asset management industry, with an understanding of middle and back office operations, including transaction processing, asset servicing, asset valuation, and fund accounting.
  • An understanding of Fidelity's products and services.
  • Knowledge of all investment instrument types.
