Job Purpose
The successful candidate will assist the I2C Regional Team Lead in managing credit and collection activities, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable Management: (50%)
- Reporting: (30%)
- Top overdue customer analysis and track report
- Supporting: (10%)
- Legal collection assessment & suggestion, preparing relevant documents from the local site.
- Other Responsibilities: (10%)
- Job assigned by direct manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration;
- At least 1 year of related working experience in Credit and Collections or AR management, or customer service.
- Excellent system skills in word and excel.
- Possess effective communication skills, and team work is a must.
- Will to try and strive for best result on the collection work.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working with SSC environment
- Experience in sales / customer focused commercial role
