Responsibilities:

* Provide daily support for the use of our business software system
* Respond to and solve user issues in a timely manner
* Seek assistance from IT and external suppliers as necessary
* Record tickets/logs for system support and update the system knowledge base as needed
* Manage business software systems, including configuration, users, permissions, and more
* Create operation manuals, training materials, and courseware as needed
* Train and mentor business team and end users
* Provide system optimization suggestions and assist in researching and collecting business software system requirements
* Work closely with the business team to identify the applicability of functions
* Collaborate with teammates and 3rd party teams to improve testing processes and methodologies

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, management, language, or related fields
* 2+ years of experience in business software system supporting and remote supporting
* 2+ years of experience in software testing
* Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English
* Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Business Analytics preferred for future growth in role
