About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Compressor Optimization Sales Specialist in Xi'an. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our energy-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Visit pre-qualified optimization leads in the region to present audit results and build sales quotations.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, installers, and planners to drive project execution and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Prospect new channels and partners in the region to expand our customer base.
  4. Provide training to service field sales, AIRscan installers, and dealers on our products and solutions.
  5. Interact with customers, installers, and planners to drive project milestones and execution.
  6. Monitor competitor activities and pricing to stay ahead in the market.
  7. Main point of contact with KeepFit SSE and other divisions for leads hunting.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in selling optimization products for compressor business with proven results.
  2. Good understanding of compressor service business and technical design.
  3. Strong knowledge of compressed air systems and their applications.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  6. Solid Edge/Auto CAD or related design software skills.
  7. University degree or above in mechanical or engineering-related field.
