Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Repair Engineer to join our team in Haag, Switzerland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for in-house repairs, including estimating, quoting, and purchasing parts.
Additionally, the candidate will provide on-site repairs, technical support to customers, and handle customer complaints and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry or a related service field.
A mechanical or electronic background with a Bachelor's or college degree is required.
The candidate should be proficient in IT standard software, such as Microsoft Office, and have excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- In-house repairs, including estimating, quoting, and purchasing parts
- On-site repairs if necessary
- Technical support to customers
- Customer complaints and troubleshooting
- Tools maintenance and environment cleanliness in the Cleanroom
- Failure analysis for warranty cases and reporting
- Support to the Service Manager's daily work
- Other jobs assigned by the Service Manager
Requirements
- Relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry or a related service field
- Mechanical or electronic background with a Bachelor's or college degree
- Proficiency in IT standard software, such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
