Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembly and Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing vacuum valves and components, ensuring timely delivery of products with high quality and reasonable cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble vacuum valves and valve components with high precision and quality.
- Perform functional leak tests and troubleshoot any leakage issues.
- Inspect components for defects or abnormalities and report to line leaders and supervisors.
- Perform final inspection and customized packaging for shipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform autonomous maintenance on equipment and devices according to schedule.
- Maintain accurate records and data in PCS and D365 systems.
- Perform tasks according to procedures and work instructions.
- Report production status and KPIs to supervisors.
