Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble equipment according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Test and troubleshoot electrical connections based on electrical diagrams.
  • Meet deadlines and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Identify and report production issues, collaborating with supervisors and technical staff to resolve problems.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of 5S principles and safety protocols.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Technical school, vocational school, or equivalent mechanical/electrical training.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience, with a solid understanding of assembly principles.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and assembly diagrams, with experience operating machinery.
  • Proficiency in using assembly tools and a basic understanding of mechanical principles.
  • Adherence to work schedules, company rules, and attendance policies.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude.
