Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Copeland. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) including assembly, wiring, and commissioning of equipment
  • Install and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) equipment at customer sites as needed
  • Clearly understand service contract scope and identify specific technical issues in close cooperation with the sales team and customers
  • Search for technical solutions and resolve issues, involving technical experts from Europe if necessary
  • Work independently on service work for Copeland products
  • Handle customer quality issue claims and follow up to close
  • Provide training on Copeland products to customer staff
  • Issue customer feedback reports and service reports
  • Maintain good relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge in automation (PLC / NC / Vision / Sensor configuration and parameter changes)
  • Excellent commissioning skills
  • Good English and fluent Mandarin language skills
  • Ready to travel frequently to customer sites in China
  • Familiarity with the corporate culture of European companies
  • Working experience in the automation industry is an advantage

  • Autonomous and problem-solving mentality
