Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on property vehicles, including checking oil, fluid levels, tire pressure, and replacing spark plugs.
  • Maintain proper maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
  • Conduct daily inspections of tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including test results, instrument readings, and details of equipment malfunctions and maintenance work.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents.

Requirements

  • Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
