Job Description

Roles and responsibilities
 Develop, manage, implement and maintain quality plans according to Client’s requirements and expectations.
 Effectively communicate with Development, Technical and Production departments of the vendors to maintain product quality and ensuring that targets are achieved.
 Communicate with Clients on the flow, progress and achieved targets.
 Collaborate with internal Operations and Quality teams.
 Assist technicians with checking patterns, specifications and construction.
 Conduct a pre-production meeting.
 Perform size set sample approval.
 Supervise sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing measurements, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments for bulk production.
 Identify and resolve potential quality issues.
 Collect relevant production data and produce reports to be communicated externally and internally.
 Being responsible for all the aspects of quality and product assembly in the factory.
 Lead project’s QC teams, develop and deliver necessary trainings, monitor QC performance.
 Manage and supervise initial, inline, pre-final and final quality inspections.
 Keep in order and update timely all necessary technical documentation and reference samples.
 Ultimately ensure final products quality.

 Technical knowledge of development, sampling and bulk production
 Trainings
 Decision making
 Logistics (shipment schedule)
