Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and quality inspection of goods in our warehouse, as well as instructing and supervising warehouse keepers to properly store and operate commodities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the commodity maintenance management system and in-store maintenance procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections of goods in the warehouse and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective storage conditions, protective measures, and hygienic environments for goods in the warehouse.
  • Monitor and maintain the packaging and appearance of goods in stock, and identify and address any quality issues.
  • Collaborate with the quality department to ensure compliance with local GDP (GSP)/GMP regulations.
  • Develop and implement validation procedures and coordinate validation activities.
  • Prepare and review qualification protocols and reports.
  • Perform equipment performance reviews and establish equipment maintenance plans.
  • Establish and maintain product quality archives.
  • Responsible for product quality maintenance, creating plans and executing them.
  • Perform quality-related operations in ERP systems and other electronic management systems.
  • Responsible for quality operations in warehouse management, transportation, and distributor channels.
  • Set up pest control strategies and guide implementation.
  • Investigate, handle, and report quality accidents (deviations).
Requirements
  • College degree or above in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, medicine, or other related areas.
  • Familiarity with local GDP (GSP)/GMP regulations.
  • At least 5 years of quality experience in GMP or GDP (GSP) areas.
  • At least 3 years of validation experience in GxP areas.
  • Good English skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Good communication skills for both scientific and non-scientific information.
  • Professional knowledge in local regulations.
  • Problem-solving ability and skills.
  • Ability to face challenges and self-learn.
