About the Role:

  • As a key member of the Freudenberg team, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of plant infrastructure and utility equipment, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for all infrastructure-related matters, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • With a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability, you will participate in initiatives to reduce energy consumption and optimize utility system performance.
  • You will be responsible for conducting root cause analyses (RCA) to identify and resolve infrastructure-related faults and incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Additionally, you will ensure the stable operation of fire protection systems and facilities, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
  • As a subject matter expert, you will develop and maintain work instructions, procedures, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in facilities management.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of housekeeping and adhering to the company's 5S + S standards.

Requirements:

  • A technical school degree or higher in a relevant field, such as mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical and instrument maintenance, preferably in the petroleum or chemical industry.
  • Hold certifications in boiler operation, water treatment management, and high and low voltage electrical operation.
  • Excellent PC skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Basic English language skills, both written and verbal.
