Job Title: Materials Tester - Non Destructive Testing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Tester - Non Destructive Testing Specialist to join our team at TÜV Rheinland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting metallographic analysis, hardness testing, and corrosion testing to ensure the quality and integrity of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct metallographic analysis, hardness testing, and corrosion testing to identify material properties and defects.
  • Assist in completing failure analysis and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to complete new test project quotations.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and calibration, and prepare related work instructions.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain a clean and organized laboratory.
  • Perform other assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of metal materials and testing equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
