Job Overview

We are looking for two passionate and experienced English teachers to join our secondary school in Beijing. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young students and foster creativity through the teaching of English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging English lessons for secondary school students, incorporating innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Create lesson plans that inspire creativity while meeting curriculum standards, ensuring students meet their full potential.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore English language and culture.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback, helping students to improve their skills and confidence.
  • Participate in school meetings and events, contributing to the development of a collaborative and dynamic school community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English or a related subject, with a strong understanding of English language and literature.
  • A recognized teaching qualification, such as a teaching certificate or diploma.
  • At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience in English, with a proven track record of success in improving student outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Must meet visa application requirements and be eligible to work in China.
