Theatre Educator Opportunity in Beijing

We are seeking a talented Theatre Educator to join our team at an esteemed international school in Beijing. This is a full-time position, commencing in August 2024.
About the SchoolOur international educational institution is located in Chaoyang District of Beijing and boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a sports arena suitable for tournaments, arts classrooms, science labs equipped with the latest technology and an 800-seat theater.
The school offers a unique blend of the national curriculum and the IB (International Baccalaureate) Philosophy to its students in elementary, middle and high school, providing a strong foundation of subject knowledge and cultivating learning abilities and thinking skills.
Job Description- To teach theatre to secondary education students, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience.
- To prepare lessons, lectures, tutoring techniques, design and correct assessments, and write report comments.
- To co-teach with fellow teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum.
- To support the program coordinators in maintaining an accurate inventory of educational resources.
- To use a wide range of technologies and creative teaching and learning methodologies to accommodate differing learning styles.
- To assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve.
- To hold or participate in parents' conferences.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in education or related field.
- Teaching qualification.
- At least 3 years full-time teaching successful experience.
- Eligible for the English teaching work visa.
- A competitive monthly salary of 26,000 RMB to 32,000 RMB before tax, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
