Job Title: Global Merchandising Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Merchandising Manager to join our team at COS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing our global purchasing strategy, ensuring the best possible products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global purchasing strategies to secure the best products for our customers.
  • Lead a team of merchandising professionals to ensure the successful execution of our global purchasing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying office and supply chain organizations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure that our team is equipped with the necessary tools and methods to achieve our goals.
  • Act as a role model of leadership expectations and focus on developing your people.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in global merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
