Job Overview

COS is seeking a highly skilled Global Merchandising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing our global purchasing strategy and routines to secure the best buy, best in-price, and on-time delivery in assigned markets.

You will also be responsible for executing and securing the merchandising workflow for your specific product group, ensuring delivery of the best customer offer directly and through your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and coordinate team goals to align with COS brand objectives
  • Have a clear overview of team daily operations and workload, ensuring workflow routines are followed
  • Evaluate suppliers' performance and ensure seasonal capacity planning and development aligns with long-term strategic plans
  • Collaborate with Buying Office and Supply Chain organizations to understand and balance stakeholder needs through efficient communication
  • Supervise team to secure teamwork with other departments and suppliers to secure the best product
