A Day In The Life
We are looking for a skilled Artificial Intelligence Optimization Engineer to join our Research Science team. You will focus on optimizing machine learning models and improving performance in advertising technology to enhance ad delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background and technical expertise in areas like computer science, mathematics, statistics, or machine learning. You should be able to collaborate effectively with the team, stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and independently identify and resolve problems.
The Impact You'll Make
You will develop and improve machine learning models related to ad delivery, enhance model accuracy and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data pipelines, optimize model reasoning performance and refine monitoring systems. Stay updated with the latest research findings in machine learning and advertising technology, assessing potential impacts on our business. Apply recent research results to real-world projects, driving innovation and improvement. Proactively discover optimization opportunities in ad delivery systems, propose feasible solutions and design experiments to validate hypotheses and improve model and system performance.
Who You Are
You have a Master's or Ph.D. degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or machine learning-related fields. You have a solid foundation in machine learning theory and practical experience, familiar with common machine learning algorithms and tools (such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch). You have hands-on experience with model optimization and reasoning performance optimization, understanding relevant techniques and methods. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to actively contribute to team discussions and initiatives. Strong willingness to learn and ability to independently identify and solve problems, adapting quickly to technological changes.
Additional Strengths
A strong background in advertising technology or related fields is a plus. Prior publication in top conferences (like KDD, NeurIPS, SIGIR, Recsys) with C++ development experience is highly desirable.
