Renewable Energy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Specialist to join our Quality Assurance and Improvement team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our renewable energy products and services, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers and manufacturers to ensure they meet our quality standards;
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform process improvements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and processes;
- Maintain accurate records and reports on quality metrics and performance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or improvement role in the renewable energy industry;
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality management standards;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders;
- Fluent English language skills, with ability to work in a multicultural environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with SAP R3 is an asset.
- A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience;
