About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to lead our Finance and Accounting Division at the Hyatt Regency Zhuhai Airport. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, hospitality, or tourism management, with a proven track record of successfully managing finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and optimize financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing finance team to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or diploma in Finance, Hospitality, or Tourism Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Finance Director or Manager in a larger operation.
  • CA certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
