At Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, we believe in creating exceptional experiences for our guests and our team members. As an Assistant Manager in our Rooms Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests.
About the Role
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the staff at the relevant departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, and Guest Services. This will involve training staff in specific skills and responsibilities, as well as coordinating arrivals, departures, and billing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily arrivals, departures, and billing requirements
- Supervise staff in Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, and Guest Services
- Train staff in specific skills and responsibilities
- Coordinate with Security to ensure guest and staff safety
- Routine rounding of the hotel environment to ensure everything is in working condition
Requirements
- College graduate or certificate
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate English ability
- Mandarin speaking is a must
- At least 2 times of more than 3 months internships
