Responsibilities
- Develop an annual sales plan for cutting tools business in Shandong, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Accountable for delivering the top-line sales target, ensuring revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Manage margin, price, and commercial expense to achieve the bottom line, driving profitability and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end customers, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Lead the commercial team, including Sales Engineers, to build a solid sales pipeline and establish regular review mechanisms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in metal cutting, including sales and management roles.
- 5 years of relevant sales experience and 3 years of management experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An extensive network of potential target customers and channel implementation partners.
