Job Title: Foreign Principal of Elementary and Middle School

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreign Principal to lead our Elementary and Middle School team. As a key member of our School Management Team, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the school, overseeing student admission, placement, and daily operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and management of the school, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment for students and staff.
  • Oversee student admission and placement, working closely with the Executive Principals and Academic Counselor.
  • Manage daily operational matters, including student records, facilities management, and staff supervision.
  • Deploy teachers and assign their responsibilities, in consultation with the Executive Principal.
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and cultivate leadership among staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory matters, working closely with the Executive Principals and Beijing Education Commission.
  • Lead regular staff meetings and contribute to department and whole-school strategic planning.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Educational Program, working closely with the Director of Development and Heads of Faculties/Departments.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Education Administration/Leadership or Teaching/Education.
  • Minimum three years' experience in education administration.
  • Minimum five years' experience in Secondary teaching.
  • Excellent human relationship skills and deep understanding of Chinese and Western culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement.
