Key Responsibilities主要职责:

  • Facilitate communication internally and externally;
  • Manage TIL application and maintain material records;
  • Oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs and CIQ documentation for efficient clearance. Monitor shipment schedules and customs processes to guarantee timely deliveries;
  • Apply for necessary certifications such as free CCC certificates and other customer-required documents. Coordinate customs and internal audits;
  • Collect delivery proposals and quotes from various suppliers for line manager approval, and organize local transportation logistics;
  • Maintain data integrity within SAP systems;
  • Review and generate billing for all assigned tasks;
  • Assist in maintaining warehouse records as needed;
  • Adhere strictly to HSE regulations and guidelines;
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications资格:

  • College degree or higher;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with proficiency in English;
  • Knowledge of international trade and customs clearance processes;
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in SAP;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Excellent communication skills.
