Job Title: Program Manager, Global Mile PMO

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to perform cross-functional duties to facilitate product and program landing and execution for AGL Origin team based in China. The position will work across the AGL CN and International teams, collaborate with Sales, Product, Operation, Marketing and other cross function teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program/product strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of program schedule, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and effective.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Marketing and BI to ensure each product launch is coordinated with proper measure in-place to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop program-level ROI and measurement mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of each launch.
  • Lead change management process to facilitate post-launch activities.
  • Gather program feedbacks from Sales and Sellers and turn collected information into insights to support future product development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in finance, business management and sales operations.
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
