AI Companion Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Companion Designer to join our team at Zoom. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative AI-powered products that enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in requirement analysis, identifying user needs through behavior research and data analysis, and collaborate with product and development teams to design and develop solutions that meet user needs.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure design implementation and quality.
- Continuously track product feedback and optimize the product experience.
- Develop and maintain product design standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers across the organization to ensure consistency and effectiveness in design output.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Excellent English language skills and proficiency.
- At least 5 years of experience in User-Centered design.
- A strong passion for AI and ability to integrate AI technology into design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Strong project management skills and experience with user behavior analysis and design tools.
- Ability to balance user needs and business goals.
