About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Platform Designer to join our team at Zoom. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom AI capabilities for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in requirement analysis, identifying user needs through user behavior research and data analysis, and collaborate with product and development teams to develop solutions and design products that meet user needs.
  2. Work closely with the development team to drive design implementation and quality.
  3. Continuously track product feedback and optimize product design.
  4. Develop and maintain product design standards and guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design systems, copywriting, and user research, to deliver cohesive and effective results.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in user-centered design, a passion for artificial intelligence, and the ability to integrate AI technology into design. You should have a strong understanding of AI trends and be able to learn from others. You will need to be able to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional requirements include:

  • Strong design skills, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Experience with design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
