Job Title: Manager- IDS Infrastructure Operation

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team at Lilly China.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering infrastructure projects and services on time and within budget. They will assist in the formulation and implementation of local IT strategy, ensuring alignment with Lilly infrastructure standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver infrastructure projects and services on time and within budget.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of local IT strategy.
  • Understand and integrate Lilly infrastructure standards, procedures, and processes with local business requirements.
  • Design and implement cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS services.
  • Integrate and deploy AI and large language model solutions on AWS.
  • Manage local infrastructure and cloud incident response activities.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of China IDC services, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup environments.
  • Manage related operations and vendor relationships.
  • Represent the China infra team in regional service review meetings and governance forums.
  • Regularly report operation status and progress to affiliate IT and infrastructure leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or engineering.
  • 7+ years of infrastructure support and system administration experience.
  • Strong technical domain knowledge and industry certification.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English to regional teams.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM systems.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and deploying AI and large language model solutions.
  • Proficient in Python or other relevant programming languages.
